You will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person. Together with your financial advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward their financial aspirations.

Position Overview

Schedule: Full-Time

BOAs collaborate with Financial Advisors to support clients in reaching their long-term financial objectives. We appreciate various perspectives that drive results.

We provide the necessary support:
  • Comprehensive training over six months, including mentorship from an experienced peer
  • A robust support network extending from your branch to the regional and home office levels
  • While you will often work independently, you will have the backing of a large team throughout your journey
In this role, you will be involved in:
  • Delivering exceptional, personalized service to ensure clients feel valued and informed
  • Participating actively in the annual business planning process to help formulate strategies for the upcoming year
  • Listening attentively for life events that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing initiatives, including planning and executing events

Compensation:

Maximum: $27.17
