About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Program Manager to join our team at Nisum US. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving programs across our entire portfolio and providing status updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans with clear milestones and deliverables, taking into account dependencies, risks, and other factors that may impact program success.
  • Produce accurate program forecasts and track progress against these forecasts, raising alerts in advance to prevent financial overages.
  • Engage with senior leaders to resolve issues and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Clearly articulate issues and identify necessary support from delivery/product leaders to keep projects on track.
  • Manage ambiguity while making timely decisions and holding leaders accountable for program decisions.
  • Communicate schedule and cost impacts of delays and work with leaders to find alternative solutions.
  • Establish a clear escalation mechanism and use it when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in driving programs across the entire portfolio and providing status updates to stakeholders.
  • E-Commerce loyalty experience for retail portals.
  • Ability to drive new programs until they stabilize while managing the portfolio of programs.
  • Experience in cross-functional enterprise programs with complex landscapes and systems.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with delivery and product leaders to navigate program execution.
  • Self-driven, quick learner, and strong sense of partnership and program delivery.
