Job Overview

Aggressive Hydraulics Inc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Financial Analyst to optimize our production processes and drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Analysis: Review and analyze job orders to assess material and labor costs, identifying variances and working with production teams to address discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving production processes, recommending strategies to produce products more efficiently and reduce costs.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for new products, projects, and process changes, utilizing historical data and market trends to project future costs and profitability.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to production efficiency, waste, and resource utilization, preparing reports and presenting findings to management to enhance decision-making.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions related to pricing, product development, and process improvements.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and track manufacturing costs, working closely with the finance and production teams to ensure adherence to budgeted costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Review and analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and procurement strategies to optimize material costs and reduce excess inventory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on cost objectives and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial environment, with a focus on cost analysis, process improvement, or business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
