Job Summary

The State of California is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Administration Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the Disability Insurance Branch by performing analytical and sensitive tasks to support the Workforce Management, Integrated Call Center, and Virtual Contact Center systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform analyses for the DI Workload Optimization Command Center Division, pertaining to system enhancements, operational efficiencies, system administration, and telecommunication implementation activities associated with the DI Branch.
  • Support DIB management by performing analytical and sensitive tasks to support the Workforce Management, Integrated Call Center, and Virtual Contact Center systems.
  • Collaborate with staff and management of all levels, including local and state agencies, governmental associations, and representatives of private industry.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and management of all levels.
Requirements
  • Fluency in the Spanish language is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence independently, or review and edit correspondence for others.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential assignments with tact and diplomacy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities with flexibility to change priorities as needed.
  • Knowledge of office management principles, methods, and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication systems.
