Position Overview:
As a Room Attendant at Spire Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and pristine environment during their stay. We seek individuals who are dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Strip and remake beds, changing linens as necessary.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Restock guest room supplies and amenities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Vacuum and tidy rooms, ensuring all trash is removed.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
Essential Functions:
Regular attendance is vital for the successful performance of this role. Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
Supportive Duties:
In addition to the primary responsibilities, you may be asked to assist with guest requests, report any suspicious activities, and help maintain a safe environment for all.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and abilities:
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
