Compensation and Benefits Strategy: We are seeking a Director, Compensation and Benefits to lead the development and execution of our organization's compensation and benefits strategy. This role requires expertise in market research, analysis, and strategic planning to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

With a strong background in compensation and benefits management, you will develop and deliver training and communication materials to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs. You will also ensure timely payment of all benefits invoices and oversee payroll function ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and execution of the organization's compensation and benefits strategy.
