As a Promotions Assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting and contributing to various promotional activities and sales initiatives.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting Up Promotional Displays: Prepare and arrange promotional displays, kiosks, or stands in retail settings to capture customer interest and effectively showcase products or services.
  • Engaging with Customers: Actively interact with customers, providing information about promotional offers, products, or services, and addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Demonstrating Products: Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of specific items, encouraging customer interest and purchases.
  • Assisting with Sales: Support the sales process by guiding customers through their purchasing journey, handling transactions, and processing payments.
  • Maintaining Visual Merchandising: Ensure that promotional displays and merchandising adhere to brand guidelines and are well-maintained throughout the promotional period.
  • Coordinating Events and Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, sales campaigns, or special activities to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Providing Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with the retail team and other colleagues to coordinate promotions and align efforts for successful outcomes.
  • Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers and address their questions.
