Key Responsibilities

The Community Engagement Coordinator should demonstrate enthusiasm, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team. Essential skills include:

  • Promoting the community
  • Collaborating with the Community Manager to design and execute resident events and schedules
  • Managing leasing processes and renewals
  • Assisting with rent collection and ensuring availability
  • Coordinating with maintenance staff on invoices, vendors, and work orders
  • Overseeing the community's online presence and social media channels
  • Assisting in the coordination of concierge services and vendor participation
  • Ensuring top-tier quality for the property, services, and resident satisfaction
  • Reporting directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
  • Previous experience in property management is advantageous
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish & English) are a plus
  • Familiarity with property management software, especially Entrata
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Competent in utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build relationships with residents and engage with a diverse clientele
  • Adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
