KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with clients following the Moncler Selling and Service protocols
Meet and exceed sales targets and essential retail KPIs (Average Transaction Value - ATV, Units per Transaction - UPT, Customer Data Collection, Repeat Purchase Rate, etc.)
Build and maintain lasting client connections through engaging dialogue and proactive client management
Drive sales and business objectives by reaching out to current clients and cultivating new relationships
Uphold the company's standards for merchandise presentation
Proactively follow up on customer orders, repairs, and holds
Enhance and maintain product knowledge
Evaluate and analyze personal KPI performance, actively suggesting modifications to sales strategies to surpass client expectations
Assist in inventory preparation and execution
Collaborate with all store personnel to foster a cooperative work atmosphere
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in luxury retail
Demonstrated success in sales generation and client relationship development
Results-oriented and customer-centric
Meticulous attention to detail
Competent in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the hourly wage range for this position. This estimate considers various factors in compensation decisions, including business needs, skill sets, experience, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.
Engaging with clients across all channels and touchpoints, understanding their expectations—even the unspoken ones—and crafting unique and memorable experiences in its stores are fundamental to the relationships that Moncler aims to cultivate within its community.
