Program Overview for Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms Management

This program track familiarizes you with functions within the Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP) division, which operates across the organization to deliver essential programs and services to our business lines and support functions. Intern Program Overview

The Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP) program is a comprehensive summer internship that introduces interns to the organization while providing opportunities to enhance their academic knowledge—specifically in technical skills, industry insights, and familiarity with a corporate environment—aligned with their career interests and backgrounds.

Training and development are our foremost priorities. Extensive formal training commences on the first day of the program, complemented by on-the-job support, team-building activities, and mentorship throughout the internship. These opportunities include, but are not limited to:

  • Bank-provided training sessions focusing on the mechanics of the Bank, data literacy, executive presentation skills, and more
  • Intern Mentorship Program

A Day in the Life

As a Summer Analyst, you will be assigned to a specific team where your primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing processes to empower managers and employees in identifying opportunities for continuous innovation and effectiveness
  • Identifying and executing opportunities for enhancing business processes and mitigating risks
  • Supporting business needs related to reporting, analysis, special projects, and other key priorities

Opportunities in Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms Management

The GSEP Summer Analyst Program places interns in teams across various business lines. An internship with GSEP will provide:

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution. Eligible candidates should have a graduation date within a specified timeframe.
  • Preferred areas of study include, but are not limited to, supply chain management, finance, business administration, accounting, operations, economics, or similar fields.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity, a commitment to operational excellence, and a focus on achieving sustainable results.
  • Additionally, candidates should possess strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office, along with proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and professionalism.
