Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for manufacturing parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies per safety, quality, and productivity specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble sheet metal parts using hand and power tools.
- Build and wire electrical components.
- Operate one or more units of production equipment, including press brakes, spot welders, and other similar devices.
- Makes simple setups and/or minor adjustments to the equipment required to produce a variety of products and to maintain processes per specifications.
- Perform assembly singly or in combination with other operations.
- Perform material handling operations as directed.
- Pull from stock, assemble, and pack to complete orders.
- Responsible for quality of own work.
- Maintains accurate production records.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean, safe, and orderly.
Requirements:
- Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance with quality and quantity standards and to perform the physical, mental, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs while standing.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
