Assembly Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician with a high school diploma or equivalent to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain quality standards, possess more than basic knowledge of tools and processes, and work on tasks with some complexity.
The role requires reading, writing, basic arithmetic, and the use of judgment with minimal direct instruction. You will frequently handle weights between 21-50 lbs while standing, read tape measures, and work from diagrams and prints. The ability to quickly learn job duties, follow instructions, and instruct others is essential.
Overtime work may be necessary, and a commitment to the company's safety program is required. Constant care is necessary to prevent serious injuries, and teamwork at all levels is paramount.
