Job Summary

At Sherwin-Williams, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary goal will be to determine customer needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Determine customer needs and recommend products and services
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse
Stock shelves and set up displays
Clean store equipment
Load/unload delivery trucks
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Comply with inventory control procedures

Requirements

Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
