We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Business at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business disciplines, including marketing, economics, strategy, management, accounting, finance, and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in business, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. They will also have at least one year of teaching experience or specialized field expertise in a business discipline.
The Rady School of Management is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body. The position is part-time, with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future. The successful candidate will be required to comply with School and University instructions, deadlines, and policies regarding course scheduling, and will be expected to be flexible with regards to the scheduling of their classes.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications (required at time of application)
- Bachelor's degree in business disciplines such as accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing, business information systems, human resources management, and communications.
- Qualified candidates will have at least one year of teaching experience or specialized field expertise in a business discipline.
Preferred qualifications
- Graduate degree in business disciplines including, but not limited to, accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing, business information systems, human resources management, and communications.
- Subject matter expertise, typically obtained through practical business experience of 5+ years.
- Teaching experience of 3+ years.
