Job Title: Night Crew Supervisor

At Albertsons, we are seeking a Night Crew Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising and training employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service as defined by the employer within the scope of the position and within company policy.
  • Supervise, train, and assign duties to night stocking employees.
  • Responsible for accurate inventory procedures, including checking the load for shorts and maintaining total backroom control.
  • Load stock onto six-wheelers or use a pallet jack to move merchandise.
  • Open cases and carry products to the display area.
  • Replace stock on shelves, face, and straighten up shelves.
  • Write grocery and non-food orders and conduct a Backroom Inventory (BRI).
  • Return excess stock to the backroom and inventory.
  • Maintain backroom organization.
  • Operate an electronic scanner cash register to total customers' final bill.
  • Receive payment for customer purchases and count back correct change.
  • Bag groceries in plastic, canvas, or paper bags.
  • Lift bags into grocery carts.
  • Offer customer assistance with carry-out and provide carry-out service if a Courtesy Clerk is unavailable.
  • Responsible for overseeing employees and responding to customer on-site accidents.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
