Registered Respiratory Therapist for Travel Assignments

- AHA certifications are mandatory; only AHA Instructor, Provider, and RQI certifications are accepted.
- It is essential to verify the specific Unit or Job Description for any additional certification prerequisites.
- For any name changes or updates, approval will be considered on an individual basis if the updated certification or ID cannot be corrected before the start date.
- Submission of screenshots is not permitted.
- NBRC certification is a requirement for Registered Respiratory Therapists.
- An Ohio State or Compact RN license is necessary.
- Verification of credentials must be completed within 30 days of commencement for RNs, LPNs, and LVNs.
- Two supervisory references are required (note that charge nurses will count as only one reference).
- Preferred candidates should have approximately two years of experience.
- Floating between different units is expected for most roles.
- An Ohio State license is mandatory for RRTs.
- An I-9 form is required for direct placements.
- A current government-issued photo ID must be provided within 24-48 hours of signing the contract. A temporary driver's license is acceptable to start, but a permanent driver's license must be on file once available.
- The traveler's legal name must correspond with their RN or allied health license and certifications (nicknames are not acceptable).
- If the traveler is in the process of a name change, documentation of the name change is required.
- The legal name must be accurately reflected in the relevant systems.
- Internal requirements may apply as necessary.
