Job Title: Recruiting and Scouting Assistant, Football

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiting and Scouting Assistant for the Football program. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the department's Football office.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of the ARMS recruiting database.
  • Organize and coordinate prospect evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate and execute communication plans for prospective student-athletes.
  • Manage and maintain weekly high school score reports and letter lists.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for coaches as needed.
  • Assist with the creation of weekly graphic requests for prospective student-athletes.
  • Assemble and distribute recruit mailings.
  • Support on-grounds recruiting efforts.
  • Host prospective student-athletes during on-grounds recruiting visits.
Availability:
  • Must be available to work home football games and bowl games as needed, including potential work on holidays.
  • Must be available to work early mornings and late nights, with little notice, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain professional calendars with frequent changes.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the Football Program in a professional manner.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
