Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for performing contracts management functions, including proposal development, contract award, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform contracts management functions, including proposal development, contract award, and contract administration.
  • Provide business advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including program management, finance, legal, and engineering.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4+ years of professional experience; or 2+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree; or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with poly and ability to maintain a US TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience in Federal Government contract administration/management and negotiations, program management, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers.
