Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage government contracts, including FFPs, T&Ms, and CPFF Task Orders
  • Negotiate complex Statements of Work, price, and contractual provisions
  • Administer other agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Proprietary Information Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Subcontracts/Purchase Orders, and Subcontract/Purchase Order Consent Packages
  • Conduct proposal preparation, including pricing narratives for government Request for Proposals
  • Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS provisions
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • 4-6 years of experience in government contracting administration
  • Proficient in Deltek Costpoint and MS Office Suite of Products
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, manage time effectively, and work independently to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
