We are seeking an Associate, External Relations to join our team at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships. As an integral member of our marketing and communications team, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic goals. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months proven experience or academic achievement in marketing, communications, external relations, or a related field. A genuine interest in climate, energy efficiency, energy justice, or environmental issues is essential. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator), Canva, and other design software is also required.
This full-time, exempt position is scheduled for 40 hours per week with the potential for additional evening and weekend hours when required. We offer a competitive salary of $61,250 annually, commensurate with experience. Our generous benefits package includes health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage; a 401(k)-retirement plan with a generous match; a work from home stipend; accrued paid time off; and 12 paid holidays.
