We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all operational aspects of our business, including staff recruitment and development, inventory management, event planning, adherence to quality and safety standards, and financial oversight.


Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee daily business operations, including maintaining necessary licenses, negotiating with suppliers, inventory management, financial planning, and goal setting.


* Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the bar is adequately staffed during busy times.


* Develop and implement staff schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.


* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, conduct regular staff evaluations, and provide coaching.


* Manage all legal and regulatory documentation, ensuring the business complies with current laws.


* Foster a positive work environment for a diverse team, effectively manage customer and staff interactions to maintain a harmonious atmosphere.

Requirements:



  • Minimum high school diploma; higher education or additional qualifications in business management preferred.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in the restaurant/bar industry.
  • Proficient understanding of business and financial principles.
  • Strong computer literacy, problem-solving capabilities, and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage diverse personalities.
  • Proven ability to handle tense situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and utilize resources efficiently.
  • Physical ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, including moving, standing, and occasionally lifting heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Current certification from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) or equivalent as applicable.
