Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to children of various ages, including those with complex medical needs.
Responsibilities:- Develop, review, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physicians' orders and individualized plans of care.
- Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and changes in clients' conditions to appropriate personnel and/or physicians.
- Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to clients, families, or other healthcare team members in the plan of treatment.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions and document provided care services via electronic charting.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, professional attitude.
