Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to infants, toddlers, and children, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for our pediatric patients.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Coordinate patient care, serving as a primary point of contact for families and healthcare providers.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education.
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience, with a strong background in pediatric nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the ability to obtain other certifications as required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
