We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist Lead to join our RVNAhealth team As a Recruitment Specialist Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategy and identifying top talent for our organization.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. They will also have strong proficiency in internet-based recruiting resources, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, wellness resources, and employee discounts. You will also have opportunities for advancement and professional development through our training and development programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Lead a team of recruiters in conducting outreach to potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
