Mobile Phlebotomist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to conduct home visits or work in various client locations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, performing precise specimen collections, and representing our organization with professionalism.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct blood draws using venipuncture and capillary methods for patients of all ages.
- Collect samples for various tests, including drug screenings and paternity assessments.
- Accurately enter patient data in a timely manner.
- Handle billing processes and collect payments as necessary.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis.
- Maintain detailed logs of patient and specimen information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Travel to additional locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred phlebotomy certification from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in phlebotomy.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record when applicable.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness assessment.
