Position Overview: We are in search of a Phlebotomist to operate in various settings, including Patient Service Centers and client locations. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service, executing proficient specimen collections, and representing our organization with professionalism. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct blood draws using venipuncture and capillary methods across all age demographics.
  • Collect samples for various tests, including drug screenings and paternity assessments.
  • Accurately enter patient data in a timely manner.
  • Handle billing processes and collect payments as necessary.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis.
  • Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Travel to additional locations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in phlebotomy is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness assessment.
