Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to conduct mobile services, offering convenience and exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, performing proficient specimen collections, and representing our organization with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct blood draws using venipuncture and capillary methods for patients of all ages.
  • Collect samples for various tests including drug screenings and paternity evaluations.
  • Accurately enter patient data in a timely manner.
  • Process billing information and handle payments as necessary.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate logs of patient and specimen information.
  • Deliver superior customer service to all patients.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Travel to various locations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred phlebotomy certification from an accredited organization.
  • Prior experience in phlebotomy is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record when applicable.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness assessment.
