Position Summary
A dedicated State Farm Agent is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. No prior insurance experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate with the appropriate skill set.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, which may include addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
- Employ a customer-focused, needs-based approach to inform clients about available insurance products.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving success daily.
