OVERVIEW
Our healthcare division offers audit, tax, transaction advisory, and consulting services to a diverse range of healthcare entities nationwide, including hospitals, physician groups, clinical research organizations, continuing care retirement communities, and health technology firms. Additionally, our healthcare team collaborates closely with our private equity division to assist portfolio companies throughout their operational lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Lead multiple engagements, providing technical accounting, business advisory, and consulting services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, identifying key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement, while recommending innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the range and depth of services offered to clients.
- Conduct technical accounting research and prepare detailed memos on intricate issues.
- Commit to ongoing development of technical accounting skills by utilizing extensive firm resources.
- Manage and nurture client relationships.
- Experience in auditing healthcare and related organizations.
- A minimum of 3 years of combined public accounting and healthcare experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles with the ability to effectively communicate key issues to finance and business leaders.
- Familiarity with the complex economic and regulatory challenges within the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Occasional travel by car or plane to other offices and client locations may be necessary.
