KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Lead multiple engagements, providing technical accounting, business advisory, and consulting services.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, identifying key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement, while recommending innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the range and depth of services offered to clients.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and prepare detailed memos on intricate issues.
  • Commit to ongoing development of technical accounting skills by utilizing extensive firm resources.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in auditing healthcare and related organizations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of combined public accounting and healthcare experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles with the ability to effectively communicate key issues to finance and business leaders.
  • Familiarity with the complex economic and regulatory challenges within the healthcare sector.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasional travel by car or plane to other offices and client locations may be necessary.
