Job Title: Oracle Cloud Solution Architect

As a seasoned Oracle Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Integration Architecture will enable you to lead the creation and execution of Integration Architecture Blueprints and Design solutions that meet client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and execution of Integration Architecture Blueprints and Design solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Integration Architecture, providing guidance to the project team.
  • Collaborate across different teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader for business teams.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for better understanding by business units and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Integration Architecture and incorporate innovative ideas to shape client strategies.
  • Leverage Oracle best practices in delivering solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and gather requirements.
  • Support stakeholders in testing system changes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Convert high-level ideas into actionable business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud products for initial implementation and future process enhancements.
  • Understand integration points with other systems, assess and minimize potential impacts.
  • Design complex system solutions that integrate effectively with Oracle's overall solution.
  • Provide Tier 2 support to users, manage issue resolution, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Develop technology roadmaps and create migration plans to bridge current and future states.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint and Design Solutions.
  • Strong background in computer science or IT, with a proven record of delivering technology solutions.
  • Expertise in Integration Architecture Blueprint and Design Solutions.
  • Experience as an implementor of Oracle's SaaS/Cloud Applications, including ERP Financials, Supply Chain Execution, Product Information Management, and Mobile Supply Chain Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Integration Architecture.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Familiarity with new and emerging Integration Architecture technologies.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, LEAN, etc.).
  • Strong skills in communication and teamwork.
  • Over 8 years of experience in process mapping, facilitation, data analysis, and the full project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 2+ years with large Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
  • Experience working in publicly traded companies with SOX compliance.
