Industrial Maintenance Technician

ProAmpac's Hartford, WI facility is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues using technical knowledge and experience.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, including PLCs and motor controls.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, including experience with PLCs and motor controls.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and perform complex electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
