Our client, a prominent retail organization, is in search of Customer Care Associates to enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., store support, logistics providers, various customer interactions) via phone, email, and/or chat to facilitate issue resolution, share insights, and manage workload.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, payments, price modifications, returns/exchanges, loyalty programs, and gift cards, ensuring their requirements are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Take charge of significant challenges or uncertainties that arise during customer interactions, such as troubleshooting technical difficulties, reporting sensitive matters, and investigating potential incidents. Log all relevant information appropriately.
• Investigate issues and provide solutions to complex scenarios using sound judgment and exceptional follow-through within established authority levels and customer service guidelines.
• Utilize strong customer service skills to deliver value-added services in a timely and precise manner.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with professional phone etiquette.
• Must demonstrate good judgment and the capacity to make independent decisions within departmental protocols.
