Job Summary

MV Transportation is seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher and Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing day-to-day route operations and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and conduct activities to ensure safe, cost-effective, and on-time operating performance.
  • Track and report sign-in/sign-out times, ensure routes are timely, and communicate service issues to management as needed.
  • Monitor radio, telephones, and on-road provision of service for quality.
  • Responsible for influencing positive employee morale and quality customer service.
  • Monitor daily system performance and participate in analysis and review of operating performance.
Requirements
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Able to obtain a CDL B with Airbrakes and Passenger endorsement.
  • Paid training available to obtain a CDL with endorsements.
  • Demonstrate a high customer service commitment and professional phone manner.
  • Knowledge of the service area is a plus.
