Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a marketing and business development strategy for both accounts, driving growth and expansion into new opportunities.
2. Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic business opportunities, particularly those greater than $50M in value, through diligent and timely identification/qualification of new business opportunities.
3. Partner with Leadership to refine the division strategy and shape a balanced portfolio, ensuring alignment with market data and customer needs.
4. Lead and participate in the identification, qualification, and pursuit of strategic business opportunities, collaborating across the organization to bring best-in-class solutions to customers and maximize win probability.
Key Requirements
1. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or Master's degree with relevant experience, including 15+ years of experience in defense (specifically US Navy) or leadership experience in DoD services business.
2. Strategic thinker with long-term business growth focus, demonstrated successes in leading $25M+ opportunities from identification through proposal submission, and managing budgets of $5M+.
3. Experience developing overall win strategy, shaping deals with customers, understanding pricing, and assisting in developing winning price, as well as knowledge of competitors and ability to model competitor behaviors in the market.
4. Top Secret/SCI eligibility required.
