Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consultancy, particularly in the Energy and Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
  2. Lead a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous growth.
  3. Oversee the development and delivery of COTS solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  4. Collaborate closely with OEM partners to drive strategic initiatives and deliver solutions.
  5. Manage the integration of emerging technologies and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects across various sectors.
  6. Champion the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management best practices.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain robust security across all platforms.
  8. Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on technology trends and innovations that may impact the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with 5+ years in a CTO or similar executive-level role.
  • Proven experience in the Energy and Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of COTS solutions, cloud technologies, CRM systems, and data management.
  • Experience collaborating with OEM partners like SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$150,000 - $200,000 per year.
