About the Role:
EAB Seramount seeks an experienced Senior DEI Strategist to drive innovation and impact in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement strategic best practices that foster sustained impact and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on DEI strategic best practices and developing solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Analyze data and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and events that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 6-8+ years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Benefits:
EAB Seramount offers a competitive salary range of $87,500 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 20+ days of PTO annually, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with annual discretionary company matching contribution.
