The Senior Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for steering, coordinating, and supervising initiatives aimed at enhancing the engagement teams' ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. By leveraging quality methodologies and data analytics, this role promotes projects that align with the strategic objectives of Centri Business Consulting, LLC. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Quality Assurance Executive plays a pivotal role in formulating annual quality strategies and propelling the advancement of quality enhancement priorities across the organization. This position collaborates with leadership to identify improvement opportunities based on data insights, industry best practices, and empirical evidence. It also provides clear guidance for organizational change and supports effective change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish governance frameworks, controls, and policies in line with the Firm's strategic vision to ensure top-tier product quality.
  • Monitor and report on the outcomes of quality initiatives and development programs, including evaluating engagement team competencies, identifying skill deficiencies, and recommending suitable training solutions.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of current accounting standards applicable to both public and private entities.
  • Oversee the National Office and the firm's quality control functions.
  • Manage the client feedback process, strategically analyzing survey data for recurring themes and overseeing the total quality service framework.
  • Supervise the Firm's quality assessment procedures.
  • Direct engagement team audits and conduct root cause analyses.
  • Lead the development of policies and templates.
  • Design and implement training programs focused on quality-related initiatives.
  • Establish and manage the client acceptance and reacceptance protocols along with associated client risk assessments.
  • Support organizational initiatives and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster in-person connections with team members, peers, and senior leadership.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with frequently shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; adept at analyzing results and crafting process-driven solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 15+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing quality-driven, process-oriented solutions, ideally within a professional services context.
  • CPA certification is mandatory; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in leading collaborative, results-focused, and data-informed quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in building and guiding successful teams.
  • Capability to mentor and provide guidance to staff across all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
