  • Document patient progress, respond to changes in patient condition, and communicate with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
