About the Position:

Kaplan Early Learning Company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee the installation of our playgrounds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of our installation process, ensuring seamless communication with customers, internal and external sales teams, and expediting the installation of customer playgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a proactive communication system to relay project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Installation Coordinator and Sales Representatives to understand project scope, vendors, and realistic timelines.
  • Develop and analyze operational workflows to expedite installation of customer playgrounds.
  • Engage with customers and sales teams to build relationships, resolve escalated issues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Learn and utilize KapQuotes quoting software to gain a deeper understanding of installation quotes and assist with quote preparation as needed.
  • Monitor vendor estimated ship dates and identify potential delays to offer customer substitution options.
  • Participate in HubSpot training and maintain daily updates to the CRM.
  • Cross-train in other relevant areas of the department to enhance knowledge and understanding of the company's operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of Project Management experience, with a background in sales or construction preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to partner with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and time management skills, with a self-motivated and results-focused approach to project management.
  • Ability to meet or exceed project goals with minimal direct supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate) and preferred experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of customer-centricity and the ability to lead projects with this mindset.
