As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for managing mitigation projects after traumatic events, such as water, fire, and storm damage, for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Conduct site visits to assess damage and develop mitigation strategies
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and timeline
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in disaster recovery or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mitigation projects
