Role Responsibilities

The primary function of our Senior Financial Aid Consultants is to deliver outstanding customer service and financial aid guidance to enrolled students. In this capacity, you will ensure compliance with all accreditation and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of assessing student needs, guiding them through the financial aid process, and adhering to institutional policies and procedures.

Key Duties
  • Engage with accepted students through various communication channels
  • Provide support to students and their families post-campus visit by addressing inquiries regarding tuition and financial options
  • Assist in the completion of FAFSA applications
  • Guide students and parents in preparing necessary enrollment documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial aid applications
  • Maintain attention to detail
  • Be receptive to feedback and coaching
  • Participate in departmental events and meetings
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
  • At least 2 years in Financial Aid
  • Experience managing 40+ enrollments per start
Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
Physical Demands
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Capability to navigate various departments within the facility.

Compensation
The salary for this position is $25.00 per hour.
