Position Summary

We are in search of a Senior Gameplay Engineer who possesses a passion for gaming and a desire to deliver outstanding entertainment to a vast audience.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and constructing essential player systems, such as movement mechanics, weapon functionalities, and interactive actions within our game. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable development environment and upholding rigorous code quality standards.

Strong collaboration and development skills are essential as you work alongside fellow engineers and other disciplines to enhance our core player systems. Your contributions will help push the limits of our code's capabilities.


Candidate Profile

You have experience writing code for player interactions, combat systems, and related functionalities in a high-caliber game development setting. Familiarity with fast-paced online gaming is advantageous.

You believe in the harmonious coexistence of technical expertise and respectful communication, exemplifying this through clear and considerate interactions, both written and verbal.

Your intuition for game dynamics is strong, allowing you to address its nuanced qualitative elements and develop concrete solutions to enhance or troubleshoot game feel features.

Proficiency in one or more of the following platforms is required: UE4/UE5/C++ or a proprietary game engine. You are proactive in seeking out tasks and rarely find yourself idle.

Your passion for gaming drives you to empathize with players, as you genuinely enjoy playing video games.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop user-facing gameplay features and the underlying systems that support them.
  • Create pragmatic, reliable code ready for deployment.
  • Adhere to coding standards, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the evolution of our development processes.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to communicate trade-offs of various coding solutions, propose alternatives for challenging objectives, and identify ways to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of content creators to integrate their assets with gameplay simulations, crafting a cohesive player experience.
