DUTIES:

  • Monitors performance metrics to ensure targets are met, taking corrective actions as required.
  • Engages in planning processes on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Keeps management informed of significant issues and takes corrective actions as needed.
  • Establishes performance standards for personnel evaluations.
  • Ensures comprehensive training for team members, preparing them for future responsibilities.
  • Oversees Quality Control and Assurance in training delivery by monitoring team performance.
  • Coordinates with clients to gather feedback and provide program updates.
  • Offers constructive feedback and guidance to team members, monitoring attendance and punctuality.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as required, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company policies.

SKILLS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory experience is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of FAA systems and operations is highly advantageous.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance.
