Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance division, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, reviewing policies, and ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Review daily reports, change requests, and claim notices to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare policies for delivery or mail/email directly to clients
  • Create summaries of insurance renewals and mail renewal letters
  • Quote with multiple carriers and process EOI's
  • Complete all assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • High School diploma with some college-level classes and/or certifications such as CIC/CPCU/ARM/CISR
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to operate various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Systems
