About the Role

Streetsense is a forward-thinking strategy and design collective seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Interior Architecture team, you will be responsible for creating innovative concepts for multi-family, office, and hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop and implement design concepts for various projects.
  • Lead the design and documentation process for all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects are completed within established budgets, schedules, and programmatic requirements.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design and delivery processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA or NAAB-accredited program.
  • 4-6 years of post-graduate professional experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with expertise in multi-family and hospitality projects.
  • Architectural License or NCIDQ certification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and Enscape, with the ability to train junior team members.
  • Excellent hand drafting and sketching skills, as well as advanced proficiency in graphic and presentation skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation production, project specifications, and shop drawing review.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines to provide high-quality service to clients.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to contribute to and participate in a highly collaborative team environment.
