Join Our Team as a Route Sales Representative

We're seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to join our team in Visalia, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products to our customers. Your daily tasks will include checking your vehicle daily, keeping accurate records, and filling out daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and deliver fresh baked products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Check vehicle daily and keep accurate records
  • Fulfill daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record
  • Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
  • Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
  • Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training)
  • Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
