Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Mountaire Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide exceptional support to our Employee Relations Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our daily administration and HR duties.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and information to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Data Management: Accurately enter data into various systems, including Oracle HCM, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and Oracle 12c, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Clerical Experience: Proven experience in a clerical role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, management, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with databases and/or common HR systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
