About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to join our 'Access' team at a leading $1 Billion Healthcare non-profit organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building frameworks from scratch, leveraging your expertise in Front-end/UI Web testing, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and web testing frameworks like Selenium/Cypress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for our web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Front-end/UI Web testing
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and web testing frameworks like Selenium/Cypress
  • Experience with GraphQL and AWS/Github environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
