Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and plans to ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as property management and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on maintenance operations.
  • Proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams, with a strong emphasis on customer service and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
  • High school diploma required; technical or trade school preferred.
