Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Propelled Brands. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance and repair of our locations in the Maryland district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance checks and updates, to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and pleasant for employees and customers.
  • Address urgent repair needs and contribute to the overall upkeep of our facilities.
  • Work closely with other maintenance staff and report to the Facilities Project Manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, Trade School, and/or HVAC training
  • 5 years maintenance experience preferred, with a focus on apartment, commercial, HVAC contractor, or retail maintenance.
  • HVAC - Basic knowledge preferred, including filter changes and basic troubleshooting.
  • CFC certified preferred, with Type I or II certification.
